Sweet Sixteen, Surprise Parties, & Skate Parks

I'm 16 Woo Hoo!

So I officially have my license and I've been driving around everywhere! It's just about the coolest thing ever.

My Friends threw me 2 Surprise Parties! Yeah, that's right, TWO!

At the 1st party, we all dressed up as cowboys and cowgirls and rode in a limo w/ cow horns on it to the Big Texan for some good eats!

The second was for me & Blake. We were supposed to dress up and go out to eat for our "Girls Night Out," but when we went to pick up Sadie at her house a whole crowd of people stood in the doorway and yelled SURPRISE once again. This time, she threw us a Black & White Party. I've seriously never been more surprised in my life, and the whole thing was such a blast!

I've found a new hobby:
Sliding at the skate park. It's just about the greatest thing in the world (besides driving of course), & it never gets old. I haven't met someone yet who hasn't enjoyed sliding with us.

Stop being so… yourselves. I know way too many really beautiful girls who think they don't look good... It hurts... because it's our fault, guys I mean. We make girls feel like they have to be perfect. You know what I mean, flat stomach, huge boobs, round a**, long legs, big lips, and on top of all that, they have to dress like a …, and be one as well... nobody can measure up to that... and it’s not fair... because nobody should have to. The little imperfections are what make people special. If everyone was perfect the world would be so boring, variety is what makes life interesting. So guys, stop making girls have to live up to your, I'm sorry, our... deluded fantasy visions of perfection. Stop acting like boys and start being men... realize that women don't exist to fulfill our sexual desires. Stop talking to them solely to get with them, be nice to them because you want to be their friend, not because you want to hook up with them. Say nice things about them not to flatter them in hopes that you'll get some, but because you know they like to hear them. In short... we need to grow up and stop being d****... just because we have them doesn't mean we need to think with them.

Funniest Memory? Oh I had plenty. One would have to be when Me and Whitney Gabert got out of giving a guy our numbers at a track meet (I’d rather not say how, but if you want to know you can ask me).

Saddest Memory? My best friend’s funeral.
Best Accomplishment? Making it to regionals in both Cross Country and Track (as a freshmen)

Wolf Creek was such a Blast!
I went with A&O this past week and everything was great! My cabin was hilarious & our late night cabin talks were the best. Lizzy & I kicked butt in poker and Tyson still won't let it go. All in all it was a great trip!

Wow guys... 3 comments, I mean seriously...

I know, I know, I don't update very often.
But Isn't the suspense incredible?!

Not a ton has been going on lately. I've started working w/ the long jump coach after school & he's working us out hardcore. (Not to mention that I'm the only girl in there w/ like 7 guys) *Awkward*

No news about Dad's return date.
I hope he'll make it home for *Christmas*.
Or @ least for my birthday...

So currently I'm single. As if you all didn't know that.

They always say, "just do your thing and they'll find you," but I suppose I'm just not Grade-A material being sought out for. Of course, I'm not helping myself out any either. But what can I say?
